  The food was good. The employees were doing their job but not overly pleasant or friendly. They were not as generous with the veggies as some locations, even when I asked for extra extra pickles.

  Been here many times. And while it doesn't usually bother me how little they care, today it did. It was empty except for one couple that walked up in front of us. The artist wandered up and took her sweet time (is this not a FAST FOOD franchise? Lol). They asked for a whole wheat bread and they didn't have it. On a Sunday with no one else in the restaurant. The couple then left. I ordered mine and service continued to be extremely slow and a bit unorganized. Got my sandwich and the outside was crusty. I didn't get it toasted and this is the first time I've ever had a crusty Italian parm. Gross.

  Spinach was frozen, 4 small pieces of ham on a foot long ham sandwich, veggies looked and tasted old. Not impressed at all.
