  BEWARE of this "Bully Landlord" who intimidates and DOES NOT GO BY THE RULES: He breaches his LANDLORD duties refusing to repair an electrical outlet that goes dead on the tenant's rented site - the tenant relying on this electrical outlet for his income through his small business. This Bully Landlord is fully aware of the importance of this electrical outlet to the tenant and REFUSES to fix it...now he EVICTS with a 1 hour verbal notice wanting to collect the rent owing. Further more,this Bully Landlord uses the false Innkeepers Tenancy Act that he might have been under when he first setup his campsite but he has since outgrown it... he NO LONGER fits under that act - he continues to use it to "intimidate" and EVICT on the spot (which is a wrongful eviction) He is now under the "Mobile Tenancy Act and must give a 14 day written eviction. Failing an eviction he must get a "COURT ORDER" to evict. Instead he chooses to resort to more intimidation breaks the LAW with a "Break & Entry" and cutting the power line...BEWARE!

  At $10 a night for camping you can't complain too much. It is getting run down, and there seems to be some permanent residents who are a bit grungy. The Mrs host was very friendly and accommodating, there is a wonderful playground for children with a trampoline, and a small yet unkept ampitheate. Not bad but not top notch. If tired, I would stop again, but only for a one night pit stop.

  Party's here are amazing. The owners are very kind and even make us food. Great cooks if I may add. Lots of open space to park RVs and trailers of any size. Lots of fun with the boys and saturdays are always the best time to head out. Because Saturday's are for the boys #LIT #DO NOT EVICT CAUSE KIND OWNERS
