  The last two times my coffee tastes like soap. Not sure if it on purpose or accident. But I will not be back. Will also be telling my family and friends. This was in the drive-thru on Tuesday 7th of February around 9:30am. Maybe management should speak to their staff. Not only is it disgusting but it is also dangerous. Somebody could have a severe allergic reaction.

  Don't waste your time with this location. I have yet to visit this one in the past couple months where they either didn't have something needed to make a simple ham and cheddar sandwich or didn't have bagels or failed to put half my order in the bag or gave me a smaller sized drink than what I paid for or charged me for a baked good and waited to long to bag it and ran out before I got mine. And while I'd love to go back in and tell them about their mistakes I usually stop in on the run and don't have time to go back. And recently going in to get a simple hot chocolate and bagel with only 3 customers ahead of me became a 20 minute endeavour since the drive thru takes precedence over in store customers. So sorry pine road tim hortons but the new east location and the shell location are making you guys look bad with their superior service.
